This program is a full featured RTF (Rich Text Format) file viewer/decoder. The program works in a file explorer interface that is finger friendly. Simply browse the folders of your storage card(s) on your device for RTF files. When you tap on a RTF file the program will decode it and display it in the full featured viewer. NOTE: The program does not allow edits on RTF files.
