This program allows you to assign a WAV, MP3, WMA or MIDI file as roaming (extra charges) ringtone. Use the built in file explorer to locate a sound file. When you tap on the sound file the program will allow you to preview it. Select 'Register RingTone' from the toolbar and when you get a call while your phone is in roaming the phone will ring with the audio file.
