This program is a bulk JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF or PNG image file rotater and re-sizer. You can rotate the file 90, 180, or 240 degrees and re-size to a percentage of the original image size. You can use the built in file explorer to or the thumbnail mode (starts with local folder) to locate the image file and when you tap on it you can view it and use the re-size editor.
