This program is a compact SELA (SimplE Lossless Audio Encoder) voice recorder that sends the voice message via email template. Tap the 'Start Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the heavily compressed SELA audio file format and creates an email template with the file attached. Use the PocketPC SELAPlayer(c) to play the audio files. The audio codec is from 'SimplE Lossless Audio Encoder' - Copyright (c) 2015-2016. Ratul Saha - Released under MIT License
