This program is 8Khz audio voice recorder that instantly compresses the final audio file to a ultra compact Skype SIL audio file format and sends the audio via your ISP's SMTP server (to save on data charges). Tap the button and the program will record your voice and when you tap the 'Stop Record' button the program instantly converts the audio file to a .SIL (Skype) format and sends the file via email via SMTP server file attachment. You can play these .SIL files with the PocketPC SILKPlayer(c) app. The audio codec is from Copyright (c) 2006-2012, Skype Limited. All rights reserved.
