This utility is a ultra fast way of creating and editing dated text files with the SIP input panel. Use the built in file explorer to locate the text file or select 'New' from the toolbar to create a new file. When the text editor opens the program opens the SIP panel. The program closes the SIP panel automatically when you tap the 'Save' button.
