This program is a compact Siren 14 audio codec voice recorder that works via file names. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the heavily compressed Siren 14 audio file format. The program also allows you to play the compact audio files when you tap on it. The Siren 14 codec is from 'Library for the G.722.1 and Annex C codecs - (C) 2004 Polycom, Inc.'
