This program is a heavily compact Siren 2 audio codec voice recorder that sends the compact Siren 2 file via your Gmail account (to save on data charges). Tap the 'Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the compressed Siren 2 audio file format and sends it via Gmail. The other person can use the PocketPC SIREN2Player(c) to play the audio file. The Siren 2 codec is from 'G722_1 - a library for the G.722.1 and Annex C codecs, Adapted by Steve Underwood
