This program is a heavily compact Siren 2 audio codec voice recorder that records the compact Siren 2 files as dated files in the current folder. Select 'Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the compressed Siren 2 audio file format and stores it in the current folder. The program also has a built in Siren 2 player. The Siren 2 codec is from 'G722_1 - a library for the G.722.1 and Annex C codecs, Adapted by Steve Underwood
