This program is 8Khz folder category based audio voice recorder that instantly compresses the final audio file to a ultra compact 1Kbs SPEEX audio file format. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar and the program will record your voice and when you tap the 'Stop Record' button the program instantly converts the audio file to a .SPX (SPEEX) format. You can also play the .SPX files by tapping on it or on your desktop with the codec pack. The Speex encoder/decoder codec is from Copyright (C) 2002-2006 Jean-Marc Valin
