This program allows you to convert a wave file to a SPEEX file and a SPEEX file to a wave file. The program also has a built in SPEEX player. Use the folder based interface to select a folder of WAV or SPX files. When you tap on the file you can convert it or play in the built in player. The Speex encoder/decoder codec is from Copyright (C) 2002-2006 Jean-Marc Valin
