This program allows you to create named PWI notes and when you save the note stores it in the '\ShortcutNoter' folder and places a link to the note in the start menu. Tap the button and enter the name for the note and draw your note. When you save the program will store the note in the start menu. The program also has a viewer that you can use to delete the note and remove the notes shortcut.
