This program allows you to enter text notes and when you tap the button saves in the '\ShortcutTexter' folder and creates a link to the text file in the Windows start menu. Enter the text for the note and tap the button to place the text file in your start menu. The program also has a list viewer you can use to delete the file and remove the shortcut.
