This program installs the 'CeBeansBMPTracer' and 'CeBeansJPEG.dll' DLLS for the CeBeans 'Sketch' apps. You can use this app if your PocketPC camera doesn't allow DLL authorization (Eg. LG-GW820). Simply start the program and tap the button once to install the DLLs. The effect is from 'Implementation of Canny Edge Detection Algorithm' ©2001 Jimmy Chion. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' ©Paul Macklin. The JPEG conversion is from 'JpegFile - A C++ class to allow reading and writing of RGB and Grayscale JPEG images' ©1997, Chris Losinger. NOTE: THIS PROGRAM ONLY HAS TO BE RUN ONCE
