This utility allows you to compose a custom TAR file for the TAR Apps on the CeBeans.com website. Use the built in file explorer interface to select a file to add to the TAR. You can manage the list via the form interface. To view the created TAR file you can use the PocketPC TARDecompressor(c) app.
