This program allows you to create and edit 240x268 - 256 colour drawings and saves them in the loss-less TGA image file format. Simply draw the image and select 'Save' from the toolbar to save the image. The program then saves the image in the TGA image file format. To view the images you can use the PocketPC TGAViewer(c) app. The bitmap bit conversion C++ source is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin. The TGA->BMP and BMP->TGA source is from 'Stbi-1.18 - public domain JPEG/PNG reader'.
