This program is a file explorer that allows you to view TGA image files. Use the built in file explorer to locate the TGA file and tap on it to view in the viewer. You can use this with the CeBeans 'TGA' apps. The TGA->BMP and BMP->TGA source is from 'Stbi-1.18 - public domain JPEG/PNG reader'.
