This is a TTS engine (text to speech) that allows you to use the ink writer to write a word or phrase and converts it to text and then uses the www.VoiceRSS.org TTS Engine to say the audio of the text. Simply write the word or phrase and and tap the button to convert to text and then to a spoken human voice. The Ink notes to text API is from the built in Microsoft Transcriber. The TTS service is provided by www.VoiceRSS.org
