This program allows you to browse the text files on your PocketPC and when you tap on a text file the program will read it in a human voice via the TTS engine. Use the file explorer interface to select the text file and tap on it to play it. The TTS engine is from 'SAM - Software Automatic Mouth - Tiny Speech Synthesizer'.
