This program is a thumbnail based drawing creator/editor tool that allows you to compose and edit 240x268 pixel ultra compact/loss-less GIF images. You can draw and also insert text into the images as well as use the drawing tools. You can also export to BMP or JPEG format. The GIF compression/decompression libraries are from GIF2BMP/BMP2GIF (C)1996 Ephraim Cohen
