This program allows you to use your PocketPC to scan 10 digit UPC codes and create and edit notes for each item. Simply tap the button to start your PocketPC camera and when you press the picture button the program will take a picture of the UPC label and convert the image to UPC code. You can edit a text file for each UPC item. The UPC Reader is from 'BarRecog' by PRTsinghua@hotmail.com.
