This program is a 10 digit UPC code reader and writer. Select 'New' from the toolbar and enter the 10 digit number for the UPC code. The program will create a GIF image with the number as a UPC code. Tap on a UPC code image to decode it. The GIF compression/decompression libraries are from GIF2BMP/BMP2GIF (C)1996 Ephraim Cohen. The UPC Writer is from 'BarCode' (c)2002 Neil Van Eps. The UPC Reader is from 'BarRecog' by PRTsinghua@hotmail.com.
