This program allows you to compose DTMF MP3 audio files in a folder based interface and dial then with a single tap. Select 'New' from the toolbar and enter the phone number you want to convert to DTMF. The program will convert the number to a DTMF MP3 file and place in the current folder. The MP3 encoder is from 'BladeEnc MP3 Encoder' (c)1998, 1999 - Tord Jansson. The wave re-sampler is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu.
