This is a GSM 6.10 WAV voice recorder with built in full featured DirectX audio player. The program does real time audio compression to GSM 6.10 wav file format. Select the folder to store your recordings and select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder. You can also use the program to playback the GSM WAV files. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
