This is a 8 KHz voice recorder with that allows you to apply an echo effect on the recorded wave file and converts it to the AAC audio file format. Use the file based explorer to locate a folder and select 'Start Record' from the toolbar and the program will start the voice recorder. Tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop. When you tap on the recorded wave file the program will allow you to set the echo depth and decay and create a new AC3 echo file in the current folder.
