This utility takes a 16 bit wave file as input and applies a custom echo effect to it and creates a new wave file with echo effect in the same folder. Use the file based explorer to locate the WAV file and when you tap on it the program will allow you to set the echo depth and decay. When you tap the 'Create WAV' button a new echo wave file will be created. The WAV->Echo C source is from http://www.mikekohn.net/stuff/reverb.c
