This utility is a batch wave re-sampler that allows you to convert an entire folder of WAV audio files into 100 Hz to 44,000 Hz wave audio files. Use the folder based interface to select the folder with the wave files and select 'Convert ALL' from the toolbar. The new wave file will have the same file name as the original file with the HZ as part of the file-name. The wave re-sampler C source is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu
