This program is a Gmail based emailer that allows you to select a large wave audio file and down-samples the wave file and sends the down-sampled wave file as an Gmail email attachment. Use the folder based interface to select the wave file and you can preview the new Hz rate. The Gmail service is provided by www.Google.com. The wave re-sampler is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu
