This utility converts a large size wave file into a ultra-compact Microsoft GSM WAV File. Select the folder where the wave files are and tap on a wave file to convert to the Microsoft WAV GSM 6.10 format. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin. The wave resampler is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu
