This utility is a wave down-sampler that Gzips the final wave file for even more compression. You can re-sample the wave file 100 Hz to 44,000 Hz. Use the folder based interface to select the wave file and move the slider to select the re-sample frequency. The new wave file will have the same file name as the original file with the HZ as part of the file-name. The wave re-sampler C source is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu. The GZ ZIP compression is from www.Gzip.org
