This utility is a WAV audio re-sampler that allows you to sample preview the new HZ rate before converting. Use the folder based interface to select the folder with the wave files and tap on the wave file to select and place in the converter. The new wave file will have the same file name as the original file with the HZ as part of the file-name. The wave re-sampler is from C source 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu
