This program allows you to select two 44Khz wave files and sample them before combining them into a single 44Khz wave file. Use the built in file explorer to locate the wave files. Select the first and second wave file. You can preview the final wave file. If you like it then select 'Compile' from the toolbar to export the combined wave files into one. The wave mixing is from the C++ Cwave class.
