This program is 8Khz date/time based audio voice recorder that instantly compresses the final audio file to a compact loss-less WAVPACK (.wv) file format. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar and the program will record your voice and when you tap the 'Stop Record' button the program instantly converts the audio file to a .WV (WAVPACK) format. You can also play the .WV files by tapping on it or on your desktop with the codec pack.
