This program is 8Khz number based audio voice recorder that instantly compresses the final audio file to a loss-less compact WAVPACK (.wv) file format. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar and the program will record your voice and when you tap the 'Stop Record' button the program instantly converts the audio file to a .WV (WAVPACK) format. You can also play the .WV files by tapping on it or on your desktop with the codec pack.
