This program allows you to create a HD voice recording and when done allows you to insert text into the WAV audio file and share via gmail. Tap the button to start the recorder and again to stop the recorder and enter text to place into the WAV file. The program then sends the WAV file via gmail. The other user can use the PocketPC WAVTEXTViewer(c) to view the text.
