This program allows you to make a HD voice recording and when you stop the recorder allows you to enter text to place into the WAV audio file and sends the audio file via your ISPs SMTP servers. Tap the button to start the voice recorder and again to stop the recorder and enter the text. The other user can use the PocketPC WAVTextViewer(c) to view the text.
