This program is a voice recorder that allows you to hide text into the wav file and send via email template. tap the button once to start the voice recorder and again when you have finished the recording. The program allows you to enter text for the audio and places the text in the wav file. The other user can use the PocketPC WAVTEXTViewer(c) to view the encoded text.
