This is a high definition 44Khz mono voice recorder that allows you to embed text into the WAV file and names the audio file the current date/time. Select 'Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder and enter text about the recording. The program encodes the text into the WAV file.
