This program is a TTS engine for the CeBeans WAVTEXT apps. Use the folder based file explorer to locate the WAV audio files. When you tap on an audio file the program will extract the hidden text from the file and uses the TTS engine to talk in a humans voice. The TTS engine is from 'SAM - Software Automatic Mouth - Tiny Speech Synthesizer'
