This utility is a WAV audio volume changer that allows you to export the WAV file with audio sound level. Use the built in file explorer to locate a WAV file and when you tap on it you can select the volume of the WAV file via the slider. When you get the desired effect you can export to the current folder. NOTE: Use with caution when playing the audio back on a speaker.
