This program is a graphical waveform based GSM voice recorder. Select a folder to store the wave files and select 'Start Record' from the toolbar. The program records your voice with a visual waveform meter. When you tap 'Stop' the WAV is converted to GSM WAV. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
