This program is a heavily compact X-Box ADPCM audio codec voice recorder that sends the compact ADPCM file via Pocket OutLook (to save on data charges). Tap the 'Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the heavily compressed X-Box ADPCM audio file format and sends it via Pocket OutLook.. The other person can use the PocketPC XBOXADPCMPlayer(c) to play the audio file. The XBOX ADPCM Codec is from 'Copyright (c) 2005 J.D.Medhurst (a.k.a. Tixy)'
