This is a (HD) high definition 44Khz mono voice recorder that compresses the final recording into a compact ZIP file. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar and the program will start the voice recorder. Tap the 'Stop' button to stop the recording and compress into a ZIP file. The program has a file explorer that you can tap and unzip/re-play the wave file. The ZIP and UNZIP libs are from 'Info-ZIP (c) 1990-1999'
