This program allows you to create a resized image of a bitmap (1-500%) with a built in editor and share the image via email. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the slider to adjust the scake of the picture. When done select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to share the scaled image via email. The bitmap libs is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
