This program calculates exercising heart rate ranges based on age and resting heart rate (RHR) and reports to a PDF file. Enter the age of the person in years and the RHR in BPM (Beats Per Minute). When you tap the button the program will calculate the MHR (Max Heart Rate), Low and hight heart rates. This program is based on a formula from the Mayo Clinic.
