This program allows you to upload files to the public folders of a remote FTP server and creates a tiny .irl file shortcut that you can share or use to download the file off of the server via HTTP. When you upload a file the .irl file is created on your PocketPC in the current folder. Tap on the irl link to download the file and execute in the associated application.
