This program is a folder category based AIFC (Apple Audio Interchange File Format) Mu-law Audio Compression Encoders (G.711 standard) voice recorder that records at a compact 11,025 hz (mono). You can play these AIF files on your PocketPC/desktop PC or MacOS/iPhone. Use the folder based interface to select a folder to store your recordings. The WAV to AIFF conversion is done in real time. The AIFC Codec was writtem in C++ using Micorsoft CoPilot.
