This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to create 'Bubble' images from pictures and share via Gmail email. This appears as the image was from a Bubble room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Buibble effect and create a new bitmap. The Bubble filter was written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
