This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply cartoon to the pictures and share via Pocket Outlook email. This looks like the picture was taken from a frame of a cartoon. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the cartoon effect and create a new bitmap. The Cartoon effect is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
