This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to apply Bubbles filte to the images and share the bubble bitmap via email template. This looks like the picture was taken from a Bubble room. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the bubble. The Bubble filter C++ is written using Microsoft CoPilot.
